From automotive, technology, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and everything in between, we roll out the Workvivo platform to diverse organizations across the globe to enhance their employee experience.Responsibilities:Working closely with Marketing and Sales to deliver introductory meetings and opportunities.Building and nurturing relationships with your prospects to drive interest and awareness for Workvivo.Engaging prospects through carefully crafted sales cadences via outreach by Telephone, Email, LinkedIn, and Video.Sharing stories of how customers are already using Workvivo.Developing a deep understanding of the buyer persona and buying journey to improve our outbound sales campaigns.Reporting to leadership on data insights and making recommendations for improvements.What we're looking forLocated in São Paulo, Brazil, or in Boston, MA, USA.Be proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.Have 0 to 12 months experience with SaaS sales space in Business Development.Be able to manage a large number of accounts and work cohesively with AEs.Experience communicating with C-Level by phone and email.Be empathic and have positive energy.Be comfortable with process and ambiguity; we are still growing and learning as a company.Experience in picking up and explaining ideas and processes to business decision-makers and champions.Be knowledgeable in tools of the trade i.e. Hubspot, Zoominfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach.Ways of WorkingOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
