What you can expect
Business Development Representatives identify potential customers, build relationships with them, and generate new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for researching & analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and presenting proposals.
Your goal is to increase revenue and profitability by expanding the company's customer base.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with Marketing and Sales to deliver introductory meetings and opportunities.
Building and nurturing relationships with your prospects to drive interest and awareness for Workvivo.
Engaging prospects through carefully crafted sales cadences via outreach by Telephone, Email, LinkedIn, and Video.
Sharing stories of how customers are already using Workvivo.
Developing a deep understanding of the buyer persona and buying journey to improve our outbound sales campaigns.
Reporting to leadership on data insights and making recommendations for improvements.
What we're looking for
Located in São Paulo, Brazil, or in Boston, MA, USA.
Be proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
Have 0 to 12 months experience with SaaS sales space in Business Development.
Be able to manage a large number of accounts and work cohesively with AEs.
Experience communicating with C-Level by phone and email.
Be empathic and have positive energy.
Be comfortable with process and ambiguity; we are still growing and learning as a company.
Experience in picking up and explaining ideas and processes to business decision-makers and champions.
Be knowledgeable in tools of the trade i.e.
Hubspot, Zoominfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach.
