We're looking to welcome a Compensation Analyst to join our Regional Total Rewards team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will plan, develop, implement, administer, and maintain compensation programs in Latin America that support the company's global pay philosophy, objectives, competitive position and local practices.

Reporting to the Regional Total Rewards Leader, the Compensation Analyst will focus on modernizing our compensation framework, aligning it to our business operating model, driving and administering compensation programs to attract great talent as well as retain and engage our workforce in Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Trinindad & Tobago, Mexico).

Job Responsibilities:
- Administer company's annual compensation programs for Latin America, including merit pay programs, short and long-term incentives. Provide support during annual budgeting and merit increase planning.
- Advise business partners and respective managers on compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, market analyses, job description/evaluation and other compensation projects and initiatives
- Collaborate on design and implementation of special compensation programs and/or incentive plans
- Develop, analyze and maintain salary structures across all countries in Latin America.
- Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information to ensure company's compensation programs are competitive with local labor market. Make recommendations for new, revised, and improved compensation programs and practices.
- Prepare presentations that effectively summarize findings of compensation analysis, bring insights, and support recommendations.
- Develop pro-active communications and training programs in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Global Rewards Team to ensure company's compensation programs are well understood by all levels of workforce.
- Maintain all compensation plan compliance, including auditing programs and practices, amending plans, managing vendor relationships to ensure administrative accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance to review the cost implications of reward programs.
- Work with HRIS team to ensure that HRIS software systems meet compensation needs and are updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
- Keep apprised of federal, state, and local regulations impacting employee compensation and benefits.
Job Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the Brazil without restrictions
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years of experience in a Compensation role.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills and a detailed knowledge of compensation administration
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, high level of attention to detail and adaptability to changing business requirements
- Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Workday Compensation experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of English is required
- Be able to work in hybrid format (3x in person per week)
Preferred experiences
- Prior regional experience across countries of Latin America
- Working or proficient knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required
