As a Latam Compensation Partner, your role will involve: Partners on implementation and application of the planning, project management, design, development, implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies that support the business strategy and talent objectives of the organization; ensures programs are competitive with the industry and conform to statutory requirements.
Provides partnership on the completion of complex compensation projects and provides guidance to client groups/colleagues.
Acts as a business partner to client groups through the understanding of their business and current and future needs; and serves as the primary contact for strategic initiatives, projects and services.
Provides guidance to complex compensation matters, as well as works collaboratively with client groups to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs while aligning to the organization's philosophy.
Reviews and recommends communication strategies that minimize work disruptions due to change initiatives.
Ensures internal compensation practices are consistently applied and followed and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Provides guidance to the business on the completion of internal equity reviews and on the administration of the short, long and sales incentive programs, annual merit, job evaluation and market pricing processes, job description development and salary structure adjustments.
Supports executive compensation programs and processes; Leads projects on behalf of compensation department that will impact all of HR or enterprise.
Partner with others Compensation Consultants.

Locations: Mexico and Brazil.
Requirements Bachelors degree preferred, preferably in Business or Human Resources.
5 plus years compensation experience including executive compensation.
Fluent English Consulting, collaboration, influencing and conflict resolution.
Communication and presentation.
Analytical, project management and financial modeling.
Organizational, follow-up and attention to detail.
Manage multiple priorities; meet deadlines.
Discretion in dealing with confidential information.
Customer service/results orientation with an ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive to completion Knowledge of compensation practices and federal/state wage and hour regulations.
Excel; PowerPoint; SAP, Success Factor, Mercer, WTW Compensation Software, other Microsoft Office, HRIS, web-based applications.
