**Position Description**:
The Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Organization, the world's most comprehensive manufacturer of health care products, has been on an accelerated journey of digital transformation.

As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Finance Technologies Lead, this role will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic objectives for the LATAM corporate product group including regional payroll, time and attendance, corporate, and finance products.
This role will own the holistic product group value delivery working closely as a strategic partnership with IT and business leadership teams within the region.
As a leader, this role will develop a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement while ensuring a connected and cohesive strategy with global corporate technology teams and across the product group.
As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and a digital expert in corporate technology, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for employees within the company and for external talent across a wide range of corporate products in the region.
This role will also be responsible for activating large-scale, high-visibility global technology initiatives within the region and driving outcomes that matter in our local markets.
This role will lead a set of technology product owners managing cross-functional and self-organizing teams to drive agile ways of working and high-quality product delivery.
**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Define vision, goals, and objectives for the LATAM corporate product group, co-shaping strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery
- Work hand-in-hand as a strategic partner with business teams and drive engagement with third -party partners to deploy LATAM corporate technology products within the region
- Lead continuous improvement across the LATAM corporate technology product lifecycle and lead regional engagement and relationships with third parties
- Work across LATAM corporate product squads to define and deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive strategy in the region
- Manage a team of technology product owners and product squads across the LATAM corporate product group
- Maximize return on investment from LATAM corporate products by ensuring all product teams "build the right thing" to drive business value in alignment with stakeholder expectations
- Lead and manage a cross-product roadmap for the LATAM corporate product group including deploying the latest technologies across core corporate products
- Lead and manage release planning, inform the product backlog, and resolve dependencies and resource collisions
- Collaborate with leaders across LATAM corporate products to ensure successful market launch in the region and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
- Define and track metrics to measure value generation from LATAM corporate products including end-user KPIs, product group performance, team health, and product group maturity
- Drive the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) on behalf of the LATAM corporate technology product group
- Work closely with the portfolio manager and the business to continually plan resources and manage financials for LATAM corporate te
