We are seeking an experienced, innovative and tech-savvy Specialist to deliver data driven digital marketing strategy, goals and KPIs for LG Home electronics and Home appliances product categories in Latin America. Reporting to the LATAM Marketing Director, you will work close to the DX, e-Commerce leaders, and Global HQ teams. To excel in this role, you must have a background in analytics and statistics, the ability to foster relationships with stakeholders across LATAM, have a good understanding of market conditions and through the most innovative data platforms solutions, and develop marketing story to craft the digital strategy for the company product portfolio in the region. The manager will work cross-functional, collaborate, exchange ideas, and gather requirements from other teams and guide to achieve positive results in a fast pace environment. Responsabilities: Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions aligned with Global HQ. Audit and maintain existing data processes to ensure they are functioning correctly, as well as work side by side with performance team to help architect solutions. Perform ad-hoc list uploads ensuring data quality and compliance. Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and prevent discrepancies (investigate and data trouble shoot). Provide marketing driven analysis by applying statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost customer productivity and revenue. Enhance and maintain the data quality to implement and manage data cleansing and standardization processes. Own and perform the data quality audits to identify data inconsistences and facilitate the amendments. Create data guide and preserve the documentation process up to date Be comfortable utilizing (knowing the limitations and uses) several types of in-house data such as: a) MarTech Digital Data platforms – GMP (DV360, SA360, GA360) b) Customer Data Platform (CRM), preferable knowledge with Salesforce Knowledge: Advanced excel skills, dashboard builder/visualization in tableau or Google Data Studio /Looker Strong conceptual communication (oral and written), including experience presenting to senior level Proven ability to pitch, plan, develop, and meet tight deadlines. Eager to learn, bring new ideas, and not afraid to put into action, measure its success, and apply learnings to future decisions. Knowledge in MarTech ecosystem, digital space, emerging tech, and related technologies. Experience with, and strong interest in, the analytical side of marketing as it relates to marketing performance, segmentation and overall database health. 5+ years of experience working with data, ETL and programming languages. Experience in Marketing Data Driven may be preferred. Desirable experience with Cloud environments as AWS, Microsoft or Google. Experience using statistical analysis/modeling with linear and logistic regressions and profile clustering/segmentation
