Here, you will make an impact by:Managing recruitment agency relationships across Latin America, including weekly meetings, process updates, authorizations, and performance tracking.Partnering with local HR to align on new position demands, quotas, and regulatory updates.Guiding hiring managers on processes, approvals, and business case justifications, while managing Workday data and facilitating pre-onboarding orientation.Overseeing pre-hire processes for students in Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and Brazil, including medical exams, background checks, and documentation coordination.Monitoring critical cases, managing follow-ups, terminations, contract extensions, and closures.Collaborating with country leaders to drive global and regional communications, participating in leadership meetings, and representing the company at internal and external events.Partnering with various stakeholders, such as Employee Resource Networks, on diversity initiatives, job postings, and the SENAI Apprentice process in Brazil, while managing agency payments, benchmarking, and process improvements.Developing student retention strategies, strengthening ties with educational institutions, holding regular manager and student meetings, creating development pathways for interns, and improving integration processes.Supporting recruitment events, cascading regional updates, and enhancing manager-led processes.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionExperience in recruitment or talent acquisitionProficient in the English languageAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with Workday strongly preferred Experience working in a global organization with multiple countriesExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects, events, and other initiatives with a high attention to detail Excellent people management skills and organizational skills Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to drive strategy and identify new opportunities for university recruiting efforts Ability to manage relationships across all levels of a large organization, including senior leadership Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint A passion for recruiting and the drive to learn in a fast-paced environmentProficient in the Spanish languageMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
