We are looking for a Legal Director LATAM to join our team. The position will report to the Global Head of Legal Department based in Milan. He/She will be a critical member of the LATAM Leadership Team as we develop and build our business in LATAM based in Brazil, Sorocaba – São Paulo. Main Responsibilities: Provide general legal advice and support to Prysmian in LATAM on matters including corporate, labor, taxes, M&A, contracts, litigation, and environmental law.Ensure that our companies in the Latin American region are legally safe by managing contractual flow and monitoring adherence to policies.Act as the main business partner with commercial and operations areas, managing risks associated with contracts.Manage external legal offices in the region for both consultative and litigation matters.Create mechanisms for identifying risks in labor and contractual relations, advising relevant areas of the company.Execute the strategic vision of legal concerns throughout the Latin America Region in alignment with the Group's vision and policies.Support all processes related to biddings by advising relevant areas of the company. Who Are We Looking For? Education: Bachelor in Law, member of OAB, preferably with post-graduation in corporate law.10+ years of experience as a corporate attorney.Capability in understanding legal and regulatory concepts and providing practical commercial advice.Experience in contracts, corporate law, labor, litigation, and other legal fields.Solid negotiation experience with clients and key suppliers.Knowledge in economy and finance (budget, cost/income, cash flow, margin).Experience with commercial agreements, negotiations, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate matters.Fluency in English and Spanish.Excellent communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.Ability to be hands-on while maintaining a strategic vision.High level of self-motivation and integrity.
