**Description and Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project Coordination: Develop, manage, and oversee marketing project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control marketing project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing project-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing marketing processes and workflows, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing projects, analyzing data to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with marketing teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that all project requirements are met.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Report: Deliver every week status report (PowerPoint + excel) to leadership
- Presentations: develop Top of the Class Creative PowerPoint presentations detailing wins & misses of the marketing initiatives within Latam region.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Project Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, advertisement within a marketing or related field.
**Skills**:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Power of influence.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project (Smartsheet), Asana, Trello).
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.
