There are already more than 1,500 employees in 24 countries and you can be one of them.Position GoalMedical Affairs activities in LATAM, working with Medical Affairs LATAM team and supporting the local Medical Affairs teams in the countries. Responsible for supporting investigator-initiated studies and publication support flow, medical marketing strategies, plan, and campaign alignments, and Medical Information, with Medical Manager in LATAM.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide quick, practical, business-oriented medical advice, including but not limited to medical marketing, clinical research, and medical information issues.Provide competitive intelligence information and offer proactive advice on all medical affairs issues.Training Merz's medical and marketing staff regarding the medical aspects of the products.Review marketing materials (visual aids, internal presentations, medical classes) from a medical and compliance perspective.Support and orient local medical affairs teams in local needs and strategic view.Organize external expert advice (advisory boards), briefings and ensure adequate meeting conduction, guarantying proper representation by outside counsel.Develop training plans and content and support for members of staff on Medical Affairs topics.Ensure that new products, systems, or processes comply with applicable laws (compliance) and global policies.Participate in speaker training at Merz Aesthetics LATAM.Participate in the planning and implementation of specific projects, such as MEXS LATAM, and others. Participate in events (congresses, stands and corporate conventions) promoted by MERZ nationallyRequirementsDermatologist, plastic surgeon, or aesthetic physician with at least 5 years of experience in injectables products, and devices.Former pharma experience in Medical Affairs area is mandatory at least for 3 years.Fluent English; Spanish desirable.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Excellent interpersonal skills.Analytical, Decision-making, and Problem-solving skills.Process and results oriented.Fast track stile to support all the business needs.Here at Merz, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
