**Position Description**:
The Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Organization, the world's most comprehensive manufacturer of health care products, has been on an accelerated journey of digital transformation.

As a critical member of the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the LATAM Technology Services Lead, this role acts as a service delivery manager responsible for end-to-end delivery and execution of Network services within the region.
Working in close collaboration with the global Network Services Lead, this role will be responsible for the regional execution and activation of the global Network Services delivery model to optimize network access, speed, security, and reliability.
This role is responsible for driving alignment with regional business stakeholders towards expected service requirements and targeted outcomes.
This role will interface closely with external network providers, leading negotiations to define service levels and managing network performance.
This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize performance and minimize risks by conducting service reviews, vendor risk analysis, and contract compliance assessments.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Manage E2E delivery and execution of Network services within the region (WAN/LAN, Internet, Voice Network, Data Network, Network Operations, etc.)
- Drive alignment with regional stakeholders of expected service requirements related to network access, network management, network security, and telephony
- Provide supervision and guidance to design, support, and implement on-premises and cloud networks including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, switching, wireless and other physical hardware within the region
- Activate global initiatives within the region that improve network quality and service delivery (e.g., software-defined networks)
- Maintain network hardware and software services within the region following global standardized processes
- Develop insights into network infrastructure performance and anticipate future needs by maintaining close alignment with key business and IT stakeholders within the region
- Build and maintain relationships with key network providers within the region
- Assess network provider performance and manage SLAs to maintain the proper level of service quality
- Act as a regional escalation point for major incident management and resolution during service disruption events
**Qualifications** Required**:
- 5+ years of experience in network management, server, storage, cloud engineering, and network operations
- In-depth knowledge of network provider landscape and regulatory requirements within the region
- Experience with voice and data network products & platforms (e.g., Cisco, Citrix, etc.)
- Experience with LAN/WAN and Wireless fundamental concepts, especially relating to engineering, operations, security, and compliance audit support
- Experience with cloud migration, configuration, administration, and operations
- Demonstrated experience and success with managing services based on business stakeholder requirements
- Capable of managing vendor relationships including managing service performance, contract compliance, effectively engaging with service providers to course correct when necessary
