This role requires a combination of project management, analytical skills, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to work on both strategy and execution, taking projects from concept through to implementation.The role will work closely with several teams, including Local Ops, Product, Marketing, Merchant Operations, and more.What You'll Do:Lead strategic projects across multiple countries, identifying and developing levers to drive user engagement in LATAM.Collaborate on product rollouts: Work with Product teams to experiment with and roll out products in the LATAM region.Analyze user engagement and create reports to present to senior leadership.Utilize data-driven decision-making: Use data daily to guide decisions and generate insights and recommendations.Manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively: Build credibility and deliver value to local operations teams while working with cross-functional teams across LATAM.What You'll Need:Proficiency in Python and SQL.Experience building recommendation systems.A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.Strong analytical expertise with experience extracting insights from data, summarizing, and presenting key takeaways.Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fluid, ambiguous environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of experimental design (such as A/B testing) and statistical methods (e.g., Incrementality Concept).Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and some dashboarding/data visualization tools.Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn challenges into concrete action plans.Experience with A/B testing.We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
