Latam Procurement Specialist

Here are some of the advantages and rewards.Benefits in line with the local market (Brazil or Panama).Employee Assistance Program.Participation in the Aggreko Bonus Plan.Culture focused on safety.What you'll do:Act as a subject matter expert in indirect procurement categories (Fleet, IT, and Travel), serving as a key reference for Latin America.Identify and manage suppliers.Negotiate and manage contracts.Execute high-value quotations.Develop and evaluate suppliers.We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a specialization in Procurement.Advanced English (essential). Intermediate Spanish and/or Portuguese; native fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese depending on location (Panama or Brazil).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Extensive experience in indirect procurement, with experience in Fleet, IT, and Travel preferred.Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.Prior experience interacting with clients and/or suppliers from other countries, especially Latin America.Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement – 3 days per week in the office in Jaguariúna, SP, Brazil or Panama Pacifico (depending on the country of employment).Join us, bring your energy and develop your career.All our vacancies are also open to people with disabilities.We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people's unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
