At Turn.io our vision is to make effective human support accessible to vulnerable people everywhere.We're developing a web application that allows social impact organisations to have private, personal, guided conversations on chat to improve lives at scale.Role overviewWe're looking for a seasoned sales executive to join our fast-growing team in LATAM.As a Sales Executive for Latin America, you will work with the Head of Brazil to lead Turn's expansion regionally, playing a pivotal role in prospecting, engaging, closing deals and onboarding customers. The role will also include identifying partners who we can build a long-term impact relationship with as we support them to have private, personal, guided conversations with their users which change behaviour at scale.Location: Remote (based in Brazil, GMT-3hrs)Terms of hire: Full-time roleSalary: Competitive, market-related (US Dollars)About youYou are excited about using your skills to have a positive social impact. You are curious, work well in an action-orientated environment and love the challenge of discovering new opportunities.A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.5-7 years of experience in sales with experience in managing key partnerships.Prior experience with the Public Sector and non-profits is a BIG plus.Experience in tech/SaaS is an advantage.Fluent English and Portuguese. Proficiency in Spanish.Stellar communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships.A proactive mindset with strong organisational prowess.Comfortable with or experience in working with a distributed team.Self-directed toward excellent work outcomes.Your responsibilitiesDiscover and target potential customers leveraging market analysis and internal strategies.Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other lead generation strategies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).Nurture and grow relationships with partners in Latin America, encouraging them to make use of new product features and share their experiences with the Turn community, with the goal of supporting other partners.Guide new stakeholders through the proposal, approval and onboarding process.Ensure that your knowledge of the Turn.io product together with your insights into the partner's objectives creates solutions which will enable them to connect effectively with their users.Manage relationships with new and existing customers with the view of upselling opportunities.Monitor customer progress and usage of the products and contact customers that are high-risk churn to identify solutions to keep them onboarded.Become a product champion, being able to demo Turn.io and communicate new product features to customers, as well as contributing ideas and customer feedback to the product roadmap.Engage and onboard customers autonomously.Monitor opportunities in the region and document feedback and progress in our CRM platform (Copper).Collaborate with our Product, Finance and Impact teams to refine processes, provide support and share insights.That said, the nature of a startup dictates that roles often cover a lot more ground than the job specification suggests and as such we prefer versatilists over specialists.
