**Job Description Summary**: The Supply Chain Finance leader will have direct responsibility for the forecasting, tracking, reporting and controllership of supply chain operations.
**Essential Responsibilities**
- Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (Physical Inventory, Revaluation, standards, variances, etc.
), product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc for Manufacturing, Engineering, Services, Sourcing and Logistics functions
- Partner with plant leader to improve shop productivity; gain full visibility to articulate labor & overhead costs rate trending & analytics.
Drive continuous YOY functional cost out.
- Responsible for calculating labor & overhead costs rate, controlling utilization and managing hours for all functions.
- Partner with functional leaders (Manufacturing, Engineering, Services, Sourcing and Logistics) to baseline Supply Chain P&L for every cycle and to develop operating mechanism and key metrics
- Own CAPEX baseline, tracking and IRR/Payback analysis.
- Partner with Costing team, Manufacturing, and Sourcing to reduce variation, understand variance drivers, and optimize business results
- Responsible for inventory cycle count and partner with Supply Chain leader to reduce variances.
- Track progress against Commitment, embrace into pacing process.
Be able to identify R&O timely & drive issue resolution
- Act as finance focal to support Supply Chain Operation leaders to drive financial commitment & risk mitigation
- Drive cost optimization, ad-hoc project assignment etc.
- Ensure consistent controllership of accounting & stat process
- Drive process improvement and simplify ways of working through Kaizen events, process deep dives and leveraging technology/digitization
- Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of supply chain finance
- Experience of managing a team
- Knowledge of accounting /regulatory / tax policies and practices
- Excellent analytical skills, Clear thinking / problem solving ability
- SAP: FICO, MM
