We are looking for Latam Supply Chain & Reporting Analyst to join our team.Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to LatAm Supply Chain S&OP Manager, you will be responsible for Supply Chain Reporting and consolidation of Sales and Operation planning data at the regional level (LatAm), focusing on process improvement, giving support to countries and the intercompany regional team.You will focus on the following activities:Collect and consolidate data and report on the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process from local countries, working closely with production and supply chain functions to ensure data consistency.Analyze and interpret KPIs, creating clear and visually compelling reports to support business decisions. Your ability to spot trends and uncover patterns in the data will be critical in driving value-creating business decisions.Support in the data collection, consolidation, and harmonization phase of the yearly Management Plan, optimizing sales and production allocations, and monitoring that allocated production volumes are consistent with capacity constraints.In collaboration with other stakeholders, collect and analyze data on the region's logistics and create a dashboard that allows management to detect deviations from objectives in advance.Using your experience in the field and your data analysis skills, support local stakeholders (countries, production facilities, etc.) with individualized analyses where necessary.Ensure all deadlines are met, and guarantee alignment among regional and HQ reporting systems and tools.Develop routine and keep information on manufacturing capacity updated to optimize the available capacity in the region.Support the intercompany regional team in new demands and studies of viability.Who are we looking for?Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Logistics Management, or Business Administration.Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, and production planning, with a demonstrated understanding of supply chain and production planning processes.Analytical/statistical skills and strong focus on process/controls to execute demand-planning processes with a continuous improvement focus.Mandatory Knowledge: S&OP Process, Production planning, Continuous Improvement, ERP SAP, Advanced Excel.Advanced English.Spanish will be a plus.Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
