**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Manage the relationship and work closely with the co-source provider(s) on LATAM income tax provision work
- Review non-US tax provision calculations prepared by the co-source provider
- Perform scenario planning and ETR calculations based on LATAM tax legislative proposals
- Collaborate with Global Tax Accounting and Reporting Senior Director regarding tax accounting issues during the major forecast and actual cycles
- Maintain close relationship/coordinate with Controllership, US and regional tax teams and external auditor to ensure tax reporting requirements are met
- Collaborate closely with Global Services to ensure smooth handoff of US GAAP and statutory financials data required for the calculation of the local country tax provision
- Review data analytics for interim and annual tax provisions in ONESOURCE tax provision
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in tax accounting and reporting
- Manage tax risks across the LATAM region
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned and ad hoc.
**Qualifications** Qualifications - Required**:
- Certified or Chartered Accountant or Tax Professional is required
- A minimum of 5+ years' of experience in finance/accounting or related business
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience leading teams, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and have an intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in English
**Qualifications - Preferred**:
- Prior supervisory experience with a passion for people management/talent development
- ONESOURCE Tax Provision software experience
- SAP experience
- ASC 740 experience
