**Position Description**:
As an industry-leading technology expert, thought leader, problem solver, and innovator in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role lives at the center of the digital core foundation and delivery of digital ecosystems.
This leader will be at the forefront of activating critical capabilities that support technology services within the region and power the digital agenda for the company, driving agility, reliability, speed, and growth.
This role will be uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic external partners, global leaders and executives across the business and technology organization to passionately understand our technology services needs within the region (cloud, voice & network, end-user services, platforms, etc.
), help shape and execute our technology roadmaps, and power world-class leading emerging technologies.
This role will lead a team of service delivery managers responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and continually improving technology delivery of services within the region, working with 3rd party providers to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
This role will be key in tracking essential KPIs and driving ongoing improvements in service delivery performance, as well as collaborating with providers to deliver leading-edge core technology and augmented experiences through a relentless focus on self service capabilities.
This role will have the unique opportunity to grow and scale a diverse, exceptional delivery team that can innovate, implement, and activate solutions that drive enhanced experiences throughout the region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with internal and external partners and managed service providers within region to deliver core technology capabilities (cloud, infrastructure, network, end-user services, enterprise IT capabilities/tools, etc.)
- Oversee the management of technology services delivery to ensure regional alignment to global cloud strategies, regulatory compliance, and optimal vendor performance
- Continually identify opportunities to optimize IT service delivery to enhance end-user experiences within the region
- Manages deployment of globally standardized network services including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and routers within the region
- Build relationships with strategic ecosystem partners and technology partners to accelerate technology innovation and bring in solutions available in the market
- Must make decisions, such as prioritize relationships to develop, negotiate with customers and overcome obstacles
- Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible
- Must be able to identify appropriate product/service offerings to meet the client's needs
- Maintain end-to-end accountability for end-user satisfaction, overall delivery excellence, and last mile delivery of technology services within the region
- Ensure pipeline of demand for technology services within region is understood and the CTO function is staffed with the right competencies and capacity to deliver with quality and on time
- Manage overall portfolio investments in line with the goals established across the Business and IT leadership
- Work with teams to determine necessary activities to successfully deliver projects throughout the given service line or function
