Job Description Summary
The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for designing and executing IDS's internal and external clinical and product training strategy.
Develops, plans, implements and delivers technical training as it relates to the organization's products and/or sales techniques either to customers and internal staff.
Works with marketing teams to update training materials and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of courseware and supporting materials to align with product strategy.
Monitors and evaluates sales training programs, assesses results and implements enhancements as needed to ensure effectiveness of programs.

Integrated Diagnostics Solutions (IDS)
By aligning and simplifying our work, our Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) business unit aims to drive growth and innovation around everything from integrated specimen management to diagnostic solutions.
Main responsibilities:
- In charge of training solutions and certifications for internal commercial team that combines traditional classroom instruction, with e-learning, digital self-paced initiatives and informal learning that promote continuous on-the-job learning.
- Develop and implement an external educational strategic that supports main clinical drivers for the business.
Including educational workshops, summits, roundtables, other educational events, and service programs.
- Consolidate IDS Professional services program within the region (PAQC, BSI, WO).
- Produce quarterly updates to track the performance and impact of commercial training programs across the region.
Requirements:
- College degree in the health field; (Nursing/Chemist/Biomedicine).
- Proven experience in leading training and development programs.
- Fluent English.
- Intermediate Spanish (If first language Portuguese).
- Intermediate Portuguese (If first language Spanish).
- Microbiology/Molecular Diagnostic Experience desired.
- Experience in clinical laboratory, desired.
