He/she will co-shape the regional technological transformation roadmap making sure it's aligned to global strategy and standards.
He/she will support the implementation of the new IT-OT target operating model and will act as a pivotal role in the implementation and execution of a new unified intake process that will foster systems and processes harmonization and be instrumental to Kenvue's technological transformation.
He/she will closely support project execution acting as a link between regional and global stakeholders for key transformational initiatives.Play a key role in supporting the execution of Kenvue's technological transformation in Latin America, working closely with Regional TechOps leadership as well as with MAKE IT and DTO stakeholders to define, manage and supervise the technological portfolio for the region.Collect and qualify business needs across the region funneling them into MAKE's new unified intake process and supporting the implementation of currently active initiatives acting as a first level escalation.Identify initiatives that could have an impact across the Global Value Chain and proactively manage their assessment and implementation in conjunction with the Transformation Office, Global TechOps and other relevant functions.Update the 5 years orchestrated transformation plan for the region driving technological innovation while ensuring execution feasibility.Represent the Business Solutions team during the execution of Regional Leadership Meetings, providing strategic inputs and acting as a liaison of specific requests towards the global team.Directly lead key initiatives as necessary to support regional project execution within the IT/OT space.Support the regional implementation of the new global obsolescence management approach in the OT space in conjunction with key project initiatives with the objective of improve operational resilience and secure business continuity.Support the adoption, at site level, of the new global automation standards identifying further improvement opportunities.Work with the regional and global Technology Innovation team to identify and deploy OT solutions that are aligned with Technology Innovation Strategy.Support, at regional level, the creation of regional super user network to boost system adoption and increase change control process effectiveness.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsMaster of Science in Engineering or similar.Minimum of 10 years of business experience with at least 5 years of Supply Chain, Finance, IT or relevant functional experience required.Possesses excellent communication, motivation, team building, employee involvement, diplomacy, delegating skills, as well as confidence and enthusiasm.Strategic planning and disruptive thinking.
