Today, nearly 8,500 employees are working on this permanent challenge, at over 70 locations on all continents.The function of the Field Support Administrator – Latin America is to support the MID LATAM Commercial Team in achieving the goals set for the region, monitoring and preparing tender documents with direction from the Commercial Team, working with importation and regulatory to ensure smooth process of new system and consumables orders, working with Americas Consumables Manager as needed to ensure proper local stocking, and working on other special projects to support the Commercial Team success.

Gather critical metrics on "lead to order" success rates and other key parameters relevant for Sales Management and Marketing.Develop & maintain contact database, user lists etc.
in Sales Force.Support achievement of the commercial goals set for the region, in alignment with MID Latam Leadership.Distribute Applications survey to all appropriate customers and share summary reports on a quarterly basis.Report into MID LATAM Region Manager with a dotted line report to LATAM Business Development & Applications Manager.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.Customer support experience required.Ability to maintain valid travel documentation.Flexibility and ability to prioritize varying tasks within assigned deadlines.Experience in customer support.Ability to travel nationally & internationally to trade shows, conferences, and internal meetings.Portuguese as primary language with skill in the English language.
