Now we are looking for a **Lawyer (Mid-Senior).**
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Legal support of **European**, US, and foreign companies;
- Incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, **Cy**, Singapore, etc.;
- Registration of non-resident employees (**residence permit**);
- Legal support of M&A and R&D projects;
- TM registration;
- Opening accounts in a financial institution.
**We expect from you**:
- 3+ years of experience as a lawyer in international IT companies;
- Knowledge of IP law (Trademark\copyright\patent registration in the US, EU etc.);
- Knowledge of European law/experience with European projects (a must);
- Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects (nice to have);
- Consumer and Data protection experience;
- Fluent English and Russian.
