What will you do?
Draft contracts, amendments, opinions, and other instruments related to the company's sector; Issue corporate legal opinions; Research, advise, and protect the company against legal risks; Conduct research on topics within the legal and jurisprudential context; Maintain relationships with law firms when necessary.
What do you need to know?
Bachelor's degree in Law; Previous experience in contract analysis; Knowledge in Business Law and/or Digital Law; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Fluent in English.
Great if you have OAB registration; Knowledge of international markets.
Experience in LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and Cybersecurity.
