Lb021: Service Agenti

Involves the completion of basic administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, despatch activities and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities.

Under close guidance completes the following activities:

Support and schedule loading/unloading processes for trucks and other vehicles;Release vehicles for pick-up and delivery;Monitor and participate in the organization of the work environment;Update warehouse, pick-up and delivery reports and enter/update information in internal transport systems;Participate in dedicated operations and monitor the performance of specific customers;Execute activities related to issue pre-alerts, execute administrative activities, generate reports and collect operational data to support the update of KPIs;Execute activities related to indoor and outdoor risk management and communicate pending issues to the Security sector;Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages as required;Prepare paperwork for outbound packages (airways bills, PO Box, and address);Assist customers by answering questions on basic features of service;May be required to perform other duties as assigned.Education:
High school diploma/equivalent. Proficiency in English. Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Experience:
None to One (0-1) year clerical experience.
