About the role Responsibilities: Provide production support for multiple high-traffic Magento-based eCommerce websites, quickly identifying and resolving issues Oversee bi-weekly release management, ensuring smooth deployments and handling any code-related challenges Architect new projects from a technical standpoint, creating efficient and scalable solutions while avoiding over-engineering Manage and allocate resources from a pool of 20-25 developers, ensuring multiple projects run in parallel and are delivered on time and within budget Conduct regular stand-ups, monitor project progress, and resolve blockers for the team.
