Job Summary: The Lead Business Process Specialist is responsible for the accurate completion of SAP-based Order Management Process (OMP) projects and business requests. This includes working with multiple business partners to document their needs and requirements, as well as designing, testing, and implementing logical solutions to break fixes & enhancements in SAP-based OMP. What you will do: Ensure project execution and delivery across all workstreams, manage overall project plan, risk, and issue log management. Consult on business partners' requirements and propose solutions. Provide functional configuration, maintenance, and support for Customer Solution Quoter, Sales and Distribution, Design to Order, and OMP interfaces. Document and communicate business issues to a technical team. Ensure that the design and implementation of technologies are compliant with existing standards and processes. Reduce work-around processes to simplify the quote to invoice process. What You Have: Core Application Systems: SAP Sales and Distribution extensive knowledge. Helps create contingency plans for core applications. Identifies key players, roles, and responsibilities. Investigates application-related issues. Recommends enhancements and/or solutions for major application systems. Documents phases, activities, deliverables, and processes. Business Analysis: Expert level. Champions the use and development of new techniques for business analysis. Creates lists of business scenarios for evaluating performance of the system's changes. Establishes best practices, guidelines, and procedures. Analytical Thinking: Extensive experience. Seeks discrepancies and explains variances when analyzing business cases. Identifies possible causes for problems. Communication: Extensive experience. Ability to simplify complex information and develop clear communications to a variety of audiences. Ability to adapt to multiple cultures and countries. What You Have - Basic Qualifications: Native or Advanced English.Bachelor's Degree.
