HP One Agent is a low-level device platform software component installed on millions of HP devices to enable connectivity, telemetry, and more modern AI or subscription use cases.
1. The agent is modular and event-based, modernizing the HP App Enabling Services driver.
2. The agent is designed with a strong reusability and platform mindset, where most code features are implemented as shared libraries, and the majority of business features are developed as modules, all for reusability across the HP portfolio
3. Further, it is used as an enabler for the new AI PCs portfolio for performing local inference and more.
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to lead a team of talented engineers working on the HP OneCloud Agent and the Cloud IoT framework that enables it. The agent is currently installed on more than 35m devices.
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Defines and documents product requirements, user stories, and epics and works closely with the agile team to execute on the product backlog.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less
- experienced staff members.
**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
