The Lead Community Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day community engagement activities, fostering relationships with players, moderating online forums, developing community initiatives, and analyzing community feedback for continuous improvement.Duties and Responsibilities:Engage with the player base through social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Forums setting, Reddit, Discord)Assist with and set up livestream events to engage with the community and promote new contentWork with other Community Managers and Producers to create exciting events both in game and on social mediaMonitor community sentiment and analytics, gather and relay player feedback to producers and/or development teamsAssemble and post patch notes, updates and other important announcements to website and social media platformsPrepare weekly reports regarding the status of the community and official social media platforms for gamesGoing in game to grab screenshots and video footage when necessary for social media posts and to help with reports to the production teamSkills and Requirements:Experience with building communities through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord and TwitchGood communication skills, comfortable engaging with production, customer service and community teams as well with our game communityEnjoy video games and general knowledge of PC and mobile video gamesProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteGeneral knowledge of livestreaming, and comfortable being on livestream and engaging with the community on a streaming platform such as TwitchAbility to deal with new issues as they may arise and report quickly to the production team with feedback from the communityAbility to multi-task on multiple productsDetail oriented when posting to social media and website for official announcementsExperience working with html and Adobe programsPositive and professional attitudeFluent Brazilian PortugueseLive in BrazilAdvanced English reading and writing skillsKorean language skill is a plusInternational travel may be required
