WHAT YOU'LL DO: Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling: You bring prior experience to the role of formulating analytical problems, extracting & analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations — this will set you up for success on Day 1. Own and Manage Projects: You will identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects. Limitless Possibilities: You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within Data Science that lead to innovations. Collaboration and Communication: You'll be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions. You're comfortable and skilled at presenting your projects and findings to both peers and leadership. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field. Advanced English skills (able to interact daily with a distributed team). Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Good working experience with an IDE and version control tools (Git + Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket). Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and methods used in Data Science. Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment. BONUS POINTS: Formal education and/or proven previous experience with statistical analysis. Experience with Time series analysis and forecasting. Experience with Anomaly detection. Fluency in Python and its popular Data Science packages. Exposure to (Python) Jupyter notebook and/or Databricks platform.
