**ADP Lifion division is hiring a Lead Frontend Developer - Lifion**

This work will support a mix of internal and external clients. You'll work with product managers, architects, software engineers, and more, to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions that support companies with one to millions of employees.
You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up the sprint work and goal with your team. You will spend most of your day designing, developing, and testing your code and supporting your team members. You will be able to deploy your code in production using automated continuous integration and continuous deployment.

**To thrive in this development career, you'll need to have the following**:
- Solid experience in front-end development using **React** and its core principles;
- Experience using JavaScript or Typescript and a good working knowledge of debugging tools;
- Experienced with MFE development;
- Should be able to write clean code passing Sonar quality gates;
- Experience in writing test case coverage;
- Good understanding of Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD processes;
- Advanced English;
As a Lead Developer, you will work closely with your team to lead and guide projects to success. You'll have a hands-on role designing, developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions where you can leverage your expertise with code complexities. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
You'll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete. You will also participate in other agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos, where you will present your work to up to 90 stakeholders.
