As a Lead FP&A Operations Analyst, you're to provide financial planning and analysis to support a Corporate, business, or P&L within a business. This position requires a thorough understanding, application, and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies, and application in a concrete organizational context.
As a Lead FP&A Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Managing the business cycle - 3-year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.Analyzing performance and proposing action plans to improve profitability and cash generation with corrective action plans.Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes, and procedures in their own field.Handling communication with colleagues and the business about approaches and methods for solving complex problems.Acting as project leader of medium-sized projects or being a major contributor to bigger projects. To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree.Have advanced experience in Finance areas and a good experience in FP&A Operations.Have advanced English (Portuguese and Spanish advanced will be a plus).Have good oral and written communication skills.Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Have effective problem identification and solution skills.Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
