Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.
This individual will be responsible for generating leads through identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold emailing and cold calling, ultimately setting up meetings for our sales team to close the deals.
Your success will be measured by the number of meetings successfully arranged.

Key Responsibilities: ?

Perform cold calling, email outreach, and other direct sales activities to drive leads.
?

Transfer warm, qualified leads to sales team for further consultation and deal closure.
?

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads.
?

Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
?

Identify and implement new sales channels and strategies to improve outreach.
?

Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback and performance data.
?

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Some Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ?

Number of meetings set up for the sales specialists.
?

Lead qualification rate.
?

Outreach volume (calls/emails made per week).

What We're Looking For: ?

Results driven and proactive attitude in working to drive performance and exceed targets ?

Experience in a sales or lead generation role is preferred.
?

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
?

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
?

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
?

Self-starter with a passion for hitting targets and delivering results.
?

Experience on research and identify potential leads based on our target market is a plus.
