Lead Quality Assurance Engineer (Java)

Project Description: The primary objective of this project is to integrate 'public cloud' based applications with the enterprise cloud of a major healthcare company based in the United States. The scope of work will primarily focus on addressing security vulnerabilities and implementing architectural enhancements. Responsibilities: Collaborate with other teams and client to find the best solutions Quickly onboard to Customer's processes QA Lead activities: - Estimations - Tasks decomposition and prioritization - Team Management Establish testing approach (including approaches during pre-sales) Research and evaluate various testing tools Report test results to management and customer (verbal and writing communication) Test documentation creation and maintenance QA activities: - Test design, creation and maintenance of automated framework and tests - Report and track the status of issues in Bug-tracking system Mandatory Skills Description: - 5+ years working as a QA in Automation - 2+ years working as a QA Lead - QA Automation framework creation from scratch - Java - Strong level - Test Approach - Experience in leading a distributed team (different time zones) - Experience of the formal software development lifecycle, with a solid grasp of manual and automated software testing methodologies and tools - QA Manual - Test Design - SOAP/REST API Testing - Keep to learn new languages/technologies
