Work Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a global team of developers. Establish and refine software development methodologies and best practices. Develop and maintain applications using .NET 5, .NET Core, .NET MVC, Web API, and Microsoft SQL Server. Oversee mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms using frameworks such as Xamarin or .NET MAUI. Manage customer implementations and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Act as a liaison between product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance business solutions. Requirements: Required Experience and Skills: At least 7 years of experience in software development and project leadership. Expertise in: .NET 5, .NET Core, .NET MVC, Web API Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or newer) Angular 10 JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Kendo UI) Mobile application frameworks (e.g., Xamarin) Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage software projects. Preferred Experience and Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS. Familiarity with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Google APIs (Maps, Storage), and Quartz Job Scheduling Library. System administration expertise with IIS and SQL Server. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Language Requirements: Proficient English (C1 level). Professional communication skills.
