This is a rapidly growing, high impact and highly visible team at the epicenter of our company's strategy.We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our Product Experience team. As the most senior UX designer on our team, you will lead our product through its most complex UX challenges and discover how to delight our customers with intuitive, actionable experiences that fit seamlessly into their workflows. You will deeply orient yourself around actual customers, become an expert in their user journeys, and drive UX decisions based on that expertise. This is a player-coach role where you will own your design domain while leading other designers and being a champion for the value of design in our organization.
