We are a fast-growing, fully cloud-native startup seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead and build a small team of individual contributors (ICs). Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with recent hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), automation, and fleet management. This role is pivotal in accomplishing our organization's goals, and we need someone who can lead the team, architect solutions, and roll up their sleeves to participate and implement technical solutions.On a typical day, you will…Leadership & Team Building:Build, lead, and mentor a lean team of IT, Identity, and Data specialists.Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company & security objectives.Track work progress, manage project deliverables, and ensure timely completion of milestones.IAM & Security Lifecycle:Design, implement, and manage cloud-native IAM solutions tailored to our startup's needs, using modern SSO protocols like SAML and OAuth.Collaborate with the security team to implement and test security policies and procedures that align with the latest cloud and endpoint security standards.Automation & Fleet Management:Actively work alongside your team to automate fleet management tools to ensure efficient provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance of user devices.Drive automation initiatives that streamline onboarding/offboarding, SaaS application lifecycle management, and security patching for end-user devices.Ensure endpoint security practices are integrated into daily operations, including encryption, patch management, and remote management of devices.Optimize the user experience through efficient device deployment, configuration management, and software distribution.Strategic Planning:Budget, plan, and architect major projects and existing services enhancements.Commit to deliverables and maintain accountability for team performance.What you'll need to bring5+ years of experience in cloud-first IT roles, with significant exposure to IAM solutions and fleet management.Strong background in automating IT operations, including fleet management tools and SaaS integrations.Practical knowledge of SAML, OAuth, SSO, and endpoint security management.Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor small technical teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of implementing effective IT solutions.Strong project management abilities, including work tracking and meeting deliverables.It's nice if you have..7+ years of experience in roles combining IAM, automation, and fleet management.Hands-on experience with cloud-native IAM implementations and modern MDM solutions.Track record of successful automation projects that significantly improved IT operations.Experience managing IT teams in fast-paced, startup environments.Relevant certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Administrator, CISSP, AWS/GCP Cloud Certifications).LocationOur perks and benefitsWe're remote first, with a flexible working schedule.R$ 1.200,00/month on Caju card (for food and meal allowance, mobility, home office supplies, culture, health, and education).Life insurance.Child care assistance.Gympass.English course: we have a partnership for group classes for R$100 monthly.Our cultureWe believe in a highly collaborative work environment in order to foster constant development and exchange between teams.
