YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Leadership Development in Procurement (LDP) role is an 18-month program designed to deliver both learning and business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving learning and development objectives while delivering business results through project-based rotations (each lasting 3 months) across various Procurement functions.
Each rotation includes defined tasks and responsibilities, such as:
Supporting supplier negotiations and contributing to cost-saving initiatives
Analyzing procurement data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage sourcing projects and ensure supply chain continuity
Driving value beyond cost savings to support Procurement's strategic objectives
Conducting stakeholder alignment meetings to scope potential projects and provide tailored solutions
Building and nurturing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and the global Procurement community
Setting personal development goals and tracking progress in partnership with coaches, mentors, and management
Completing a short-term international assignment (or extended business trip) to gain global experience and expand your network
This role is based in Barcelona, Spain, and reports directly to the Director of Leadership Development in Procurement.
WHO YOU ARE
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in business administration, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field, with outstanding academic performance.
Initial professional experience (e.g., internships) in Procurement or a related area.
International exposure through studies or internships abroad.
Passion for procurement and the ability to challenge the status quo.
Innovative mindset with a desire to contribute ideas and drive meaningful change.
Ability to build partnerships, collaborate effectively across cultures, and achieve shared goals.
Business acumen paired with demonstrated leadership qualities.
Strong analytical skills with an awareness of how digital solutions can create value.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English, along with strong presentation abilities.
