As Learning & Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with our company's goals and values. Your day-to-day will be focused on collaborating with cross-functional teams, assessing training needs, and designing and delivering programs that will drive employee growth and engagement.
If you have the:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Education, Organizational Development). Master's degree is a plus.Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and best practices in training and development.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology.
