What You Will Do The Learning Sr. Analyst (Operations) is a dynamic role that will partner with the Global Operations Learning team to identify, plan, and implement end to end solutions that improve learning outcomes for Kenvue's global Operations organization.
In addition to the global responsibilities the Learning Analyst will directly support the Director of Operations Learning for the Americas region on regional learning strategies and objectives.
The ideal candidate will apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and technology to create engaging and effective learning activities that drive organizational performance and impact.
This role requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and an understanding of how people learn to drive impactful learning solutions that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities Instructional Design • Partner with Regional Operations Learning Director at Kenvue team to identify, plan, and implement end to end solutions that improve learning outcomes for Kenvue's Operations organization.
• Align learning materials with Kenvue's strategy and operational needs, ensuring relevance and impact.
• Contribute creative ideas to content development for Operations Learning while helping to shape and manage multimedia resources and modalities.
Learning Platforms • Drive seamless delivery of global learning solutions integrating all learning tools across multiple technology platforms (e.g .Degreed, SAP SuccessFactors, and Articulate Rise).
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to optimize content for Learning at Kenvue platforms ensuring compatibility and ease of navigation.
• Maintain a high standard of content quality and relevancy by periodically reviewing and updating resources.
• Develop and deliver tutorials and resources to educate users on effectively utilizing Learning platforms.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track learner progress, completion rates, and engagement metrics.
• Generate regular reports for stakeholders to assess learning program effectiveness, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and recommend enhancements to improve learning outcomes.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the Operations Learning experiences.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to make recommendations for system upgrades or new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, test, and implement new Learning at Kenvue (Kenvue's Learning technology ecosystem) features or integrations.
• Regularly communicate updates, new features, and Learning at Kenvue capabilities to ensure alignment with current and emerging learning needs.
• Foster a positive user experience by gathering input from end-users and stakeholders to refine and improve Learning at Kenvue functionalities.
Financial Management • Oversee global end to end budget process for L&D programs, ensuring timely and effective financial tracking.
• Monitor and report on global budget spending, identifying variances to keep aligned with financial goals.
Metrics, Data, and Reporting • Support onboarding & off-boarding processes by managing the completion of certain compliance training required to execute their job functions.
• Assist supervisors with training compliance data for their respective organizations as required.
• Drive insights and process improvements by leveraging data and metrics across the global Kenvue Operations organization.
• Enhance data quality by cleaning and organizing information across multiple systems.
• Design, develop and distribute learning dashboards to measure the effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives.
• Design, develop and distribute feedback mechanisms to gather valuable insights from participants in learning programs.
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resouces, or related field.
• Related work experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working on multi-functional teams required.
• Proficiency with MS Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience with data visualizations tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in English - advanced/fluent lever is required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with e-learning and blended learning approaches.
Desired Qualifications • Experience in Degreed, SAP SuccessFactors, and Articulate Rise • Experience working in Supply Chain learning or program support.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional, or matrix environment.
• Customer-centric mindset, with customer-facing working experience is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, complex matrix, changing environment • Ability to draw key insights that are actionable and will drive growth • Ability to summarize and influence decisions through data • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Intellectual curiosity: Challenge the status quo and search for creative solutions that can improve the way of doing things.
