What you'll do as a Legal Analyst/Senior Legal Analyst at MBO: We are seeking a candidate that has experience with contracts/agreements and that can handle negotiating, drafting, and revising a wide variety of agreements related to software licenses for capital markets both in Portuguese and English. We are looking for someone that is willing to dive into new topics with a flexible, creative, and collaborative approach. You will have significant responsibility across different aspects of the company's operations and will have an opportunity to grow your career.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Assisting in the handling of the company's contracts, including commercial contracts/agreements with customers and suppliers, intellectual property, and compliance. Identifying the legal risks of the contracts/agreements and reporting them to the directors. Reviewing, drafting, and improving MBO's standard template agreements. Coordinating and communicating task dependencies and timelines with the team. Requirements: Licensed Attorney with the right to practice in Brazil. Experience with contracts/agreements. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
