This department plays a key role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including client agreements and supplier arrangements, as well as managing corporate governance and intellectual property matters. The Legal team works to safeguard TRACTIAN's interests, providing strategic counsel and supporting decision-making across the organization. By fostering a proactive approach to legal challenges, the department ensures that TRACTIAN operates with integrity and efficiency, enabling sustainable growth and innovation.What you'll doAs a Legal Analyst, you will work closely with both the Legal and Commercial Teams on official documents and commercial contracts, particularly focusing on SaaS agreements. You will leverage your legal expertise to establish legal standards for our processes, structure internal regulations, and create norms that guide our operations.
