**Informações da vaga**:Indústria**Óleo e gás (duplicado)***Categoria**oil & gas***Cidade**Rio de Janeiro***Estado/Província**Rio de Janeiro*****Brazil***CEP/Código postal**20000-000*****Descrição da vaga**:- To support the Head of Legal in the general management of legal, contract and commercial matters.- Manages multiple complex major projects/processes across different disciplines.To draft, review and facilitate negotiations on commercial contracts and agreements.- To co-ordinate legal matters with other departments / disciplines.- To liaise with and instruct external counsel.- Advising on bid or tender process, drafting and reviewing of Engineering, Procurement andConstruction (EPC) agreements.- Negotiation of EPC agreements and related subcontracts with potential subcontractors andvendors.- Negotiation of contracts with Petrobras and other major oil companies.- Liaising with financial institutions (such as banks) for bid bonds or securing the requisiteperformance bank guarantees for the projects.- Drafting and negotiating master services agreement.- Providing legal support to any department within the company when required, including HR.- Negotiating, writing and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company.- Offering counsel on a variety of legal issues.- Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals.- Providing training to the company on legal topics.- Responsible for maintaining a high degree of awareness;- Lead by doing; setting an example for others;- Observe and report any unsafe activites, conditions or situations;- If you observe anything unsafe use the "Stop Work" Policy**Requisitos**:**Mandatory**- Degree in Law from a good university in Brazil or equivalent.- Called to the Bar and registered with the Order of Attorneys of Brazil.**Desirable**- Knowledge of, or training or experience in Common LawAt least 7 to 12 years PQE.- Advanced knowledge and actual experience in a wide range of legal disciplines.- Member of an international professional body.
