In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review and negotiate contracts and various other types of commercial agreements, including consulting agreements, intellectual property license agreements, etc.Prepare, file and maintain corporate records and registrations in the various jurisdictions in which the company operates.Research a variety of legal issues and provide clear, concise advice and recommendations.Manage key contract dates and milestones.Assist with any other duties or initiatives as designated by the Corporate Counsel from time-to-time.Requirements2 years of relevant experience in managing legal contracts.Desirable experience in image rights management.Negotiation skills and commercial approach.Proactivity and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Advanced written and spoken English.Being a collaborative team player.Ability to work to tight deadlines and react quickly and flexibly to change.Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
