Description
**Legal Advisory**:
- Provide legal advice to senior management and other departments within the company on legal and regulatory matters.
- Oversee and manage all legal issues affecting the company, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
**Regulatory Compliance**:
- Ensure the company complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
**Contract Management**:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, supply agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other legal documents.
- Oversee the administration and filing of all company legal contracts.
**Litigation and Dispute Resolution**:
- Manage and oversee all litigation and legal disputes, collaborating with external counsel as needed.
- Develop strategies for the effective resolution of disputes.
**Intellectual Property**:
- Protect and manage the company's intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Advise on intellectual property protection strategies and manage infringement issues.
Government Relations:
- Maintain effective relationships with regulatory and government authorities.
- Represent the company in hearings and negotiations with regulatory authorities.
**Leadership and Team Management**:
- Lead and manage the internal legal team, providing guidance, training, and professional development.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and manage their involvement and costs.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Training**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory, preferably with a Master's degree in Corporate Law or International Law.
- Active and valid membership with the relevant professional authority.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the legal field, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of labor, commercial, environmental, and intellectual property laws applicable to the automotive industry.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Ability to lead and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to make informed and strategic decisions.
- Language proficiency, particularly in English, is a plus.
