Are you interested in assisting Trimble Brazil's legal sector in the development of efficient and legally secure solutions as a business partner?
What You Will Do
If you are motivated to join the legal team of a technology multinational, helping to solve problems and create safe alternatives along with the business, a Trimble is looking for a legal intern to meet the following demands:
- Follow, with supervision, the validation of contracts, proposals, amendments and any legal document when requested internally;
- Formulate legal texts, with supervision, to respond to internal and external clients, when necessary;
- Assist the business, with supervision, to review processes in accordance with current country laws and company rules;
- Replicate already validated processes in order to guarantee the integrity of the information and guidelines passed on to the team.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
- Student regularly enrolled in the law course, between the third and seventh semester.
- Mandatory English and Desirable Spanish.
- Proactivity, leadership, creativity and organization.
About Your Location
Under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid), this resource primarily supports the Campinas Sector and works collaboratively across the other teams.
In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time worked in the office based on the position and the business need.
Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
