YOUR IMPACT Provide strategic legal support to commercial teams in Brazil, by drafting, analyzing and negotiating B2B contracts with the company's clients and vendors; participate in meetings with external clients; Address intellectual property, commercial matters and data privacy issues that may arise out of analyzing contracts, negotiations, deals and meetings with clients;Plan training/workshop and provide general guidance on the subjects under his/her/their responsibility;Advise on on consumer and labor matters and manage related litigation; Manage external law firms in a cost effective strategic matter; Anticipate, identify and mitigate risks and causes of the main legal contingencies or exposures; Adopt preventive measures to avoid legal contingencies and disputes; Serve as a trusted advisor and provide responsive legal and advice to senior business leaders to further the company's business and protect the company's interests; Team managerLive the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE Law Degree and license to practice law in Brazil; Previous relevant years of experience as in-house lawyer in multinational companies or in law firms: tech/startup and privacy/cyber experience preferred; Fluent English (written and spoken).
Spanish is a plus; Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex, challenging issues in a clear manner to all levels of the organization; Ability to work collaboratively across countries; Solid judgment and business acumen, particularly in determining the significance of legal issues in the context of business goals, assessing risks/benefits and providing business and legal solutions; Enthusiastic, self-motivated and efficient, strong organizational skills in order to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously; Able to work accurately and independently with an appropriate sense of urgency and function effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and flexibility.
