**We are searching for the best talent **for Legal Operations Specialist to **be in Sao Paulo**
Partner to the Global Legal Organization to enable productivity, transparency, and competitiveness, through digital transformation, efficient processes, and controls. The individual in this position will ensure the continuity of the level of service provided by Legal Operations for invoicing, e-billing, and vendor management, as well the deployment of technology plans in Latin America. At the same time, this position will work to develop solutions for day-to-day operational challenges on matters.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide guidance, support, and coordination to ensure operational efficiency on all invoicing, e-billing matters; this includes, reviewing moderately complex invoicing issues to determine proper treatment, ensuring adherence to company policy, as well as answering moderately complex questions around processes related to billing, invoicing, and payments.
- Partner with Global Legal Organization attorneys and professional associates, including Legal Operations, in the implementation of technological initiatives, and the development of solutions to automate streamline work
- Global Legal Organization vendor management: this encompasses managing relationships with outside counsel on all administrative matters; providing training and guidance to external parties on all matters relating
- Support data collection exercises, prepares reports and related analyses
- Research and learning about new technologies and seek ways to implement continuous improvement in Legal Operations processes.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree.
- Experience (3+ years) working in related areas/roles
- Learning on the fly, team work, working in multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable using and testing new technologies
- Advance Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Proficient verbal and written skills in English are required.
