Now we're looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our legal team.The essence of the role You will work closely with key stakeholders mainly in LATAM to provide advice related to Contracts, Labour, Litigation and Privacy (LGPD/GDPR) and other regulatory related areas.
Sinch's strategy is to continue to grow globally and in this role you will get the opportunity to help build an internal legal function with contacts all over Latam.
You are a trusted advisor to internal clients and you maintain a strong understanding of their business objectives.Location: This is a hybrid job, it is necessary to reside in São Paulo (or region) to have access to the office, according to the team's demand.Responsibilities Drafting and negotiation of contracts with Clients and SuppliersProvide general legal adviceKnowledge in Tech LawLitigationData Privacy (DPA, support to implement Privacy Policies and Privacy Program)Knowledge in Telecom RegulatoryAdvanced or Fluent English and Portuguese (Spanish = nice to have)Who are you?
You have a Law Degree and around 10+ years of experience working at a business law firm, a corporation or government agency.
You have practical experience of working at international or national companies or experience from the telecommunication industry.
It is essential that you can communicate well in both written and spoken English.
You have excellent writing, presentation and communication skills with an ability to conceptualize the technical and commercial values.
The role requires you to have the ability to work independently and take ownership of your own work as well as be a team player.
