Legal Supervisor

In accordance with the growth of MSC Cruises' business in Brazil, we are looking for a Legal Supervisor.
The Legal Supervisor will be responsible for controlling litigation, including civil and special civil proceedings and mass labor litigation.

Minimum Requirements:
Law degree, registered with the Brazilian BAR Association; specialization will be considered a plus.
Advanced English.
6 years or more of previous experience in law firms or in-house counsel in mass litigation - Civil and Labor.
Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Flexibility to travel.
Teamwork, empathy, flexibility, and sensitivity.
Investigation and analytical thinking.
Identify and mitigate risks to avoid new lawsuits.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to ensure that all work and tasks are carried out with precision and attention to detail.
Manage and coordinate the company's litigation.
Monitor, manage and resolve situations and cases in the area independently.
Monitor and evaluate defences and appeals prepared by external law firms, maintaining KPIs.
Manage process deadlines and monitor progress with contracted external law firms.
Coordinate administrative activities related to litigation and performed by the administrative assistant.
Report to the headquarters of litigation results, preparing weekly and monthly reports.
