Role & Responsibilities Schedule activities and pass them on to those involved through a meeting or e-mail to execute them. Purchase and control of parts and parts for warehouse and execution of department activities, through the internal flow of purchases. Plan and monitor preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance through a system or excel spreadsheet to maintain the operation of equipment and facilities with daily control or according to an elaborate plan. Control and maintain equipment in operation to meet the needs of the production process on a daily basis through planning, inspection and execution of activities. Analyze technical or third-party activities for high quality service. Evaluate and approve technical or third-party activities for the issuance of invoices for the service and subsequent payment through a report or approval in the corporate system. Plan and comply with the department's expense and investment plan for accuracy of the funds used through monitoring via the corporate system on a monthly basis. Attend internal and external audits to present evidence of procedures through physical or digital documents. Participate in inventories. Conduct training for outsourced employees.
